Heritage is Chef Demetrius Brown's brick-and-mortar restaurant in Atlanta's historic Summerhill neighborhood, opening in 2026. Born from the acclaimed Heritage Supper Club — named 'Best Food Pop-Up' by Atlanta magazine — Heritage celebrates Caribbean and Afro-American culture, tradition, and cuisine. As executive chef, Brown guides a menu exploring the vibrant flavors and culinary traditions of the African diaspora, turning Trinidadian memory, West African foodways, and Southern experience into an ambitious dining room that never sheds its identity to earn one.
